When are orders shipped?
Orders placed by 11.15 am will be shipped the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day from Melbourne and Sydney.
How can I track my order?
We currently use Australia Post for our deliveries. When the order has been dispatched you will receive an email letting you know everything has been sent. This email will have a link to the order status page that will have your tracking details on.
With this information, you can check the Australia Post system anytime for the latest delivery status.
Do You Ship Internationally Outside of Australia?
We do ship our No More Plastic Crap products internationally and regularly send our products to New Zealand, Singapore, France and the USA just to name a few.
Because the packs can be quite heavy to send, shipping individual packs can be pricey depending on where you are. However, it can be more economical to buy in bulk. Please contact us via email@example.com to discuss all international shipping (when you do... the first thing we’ll ask is… “what’s your address please?” This will allow us to properly quote for you. The second thing we’ll ask is… “what were you wanting to receive from us? Which package have you chosen?” The address and the weight are the 2 determinant factors in all shipping - so if you can include this information in your enquiry email, our totally awesome team will get right back to you so we can make it happen.
We deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Australia Post will deliver to all P.O.Boxes and Parcel Lockers so feel free to use this as your delivery address.
If you feel your place is unsafe and you would prefer your order of No More Plastic Crap does to go to a more secure address maybe consider a work address or a friend.
Can I exchange/return my item(s)?
YES! If for any reason No More Plastic Crap products are not right for you, just let us know within 14 days of purchase via email firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact page, including your order number and we can start the process to exchange or refund the items, and send you a returns number. Before an exchange or refund can be processed the item(s) must be sent back to:

How long will my refund take?
When we receive the items back to our office (see address above) we’ll immediately process the refund back to whichever credit card, or PayPal account you paid for your order with.

Biodegradable vs Compostable
“COMPOSTABLE” - In order for a dog bag to be recognised as “Compostable” – it needs to go through international testing standards and MUST be completely gone within a specific amount of time. As an example – in perfect composting conditions, compostable bags will have disappeared, be completely GONE in 90 days. In non perfect conditions – you allow 180 days.
Compostable bags are typically made of something like cornstarch – something that worms and micro-organisms will literally eat and digest.
“Biodegradable” is just a word that sounds eco-friendly, but there is actually NO time limit associated with this word. You cannot prove or guarantee it’s degradation time. So... a plastic bag can be considered biodegradable if you want to wait 100+ years for the promised result, it eventually degrades to a degree, but it doesn’t completely disappear.
What does “Oxo Degradable” mean? These products break down into little plastic pellets. You know when you hear about little plastic pellets found in the stomachs of fish and birds – THAT is what this term means.
